This answers the question, What do we do.

Why did we choose the name, WealthCare, over some of the old standards like Wealth Management or Investment Management?

The big reason we chose this name is because we actually care.  We’re not here to manage you; caring people is what makes the difference.  We dont just care about your investments.  We care about you, your family, and your overall financial well-being.  Our job is not to care just about assisting in increasing your wealth, but it is to actually care about you achieving the things that wealth can bring you. 

Caring for your wealth is much more than helping you afford a vacation home or a luxury car.  Sometimes this means funding a cause that has been a major part of your life.  Sometimes this means securing an education for grandkids or simply being able to afford frequent travel to see your kids or grandkids.  Maybe you just want to pay for a few fishing outings.  Maybe you just crave the sensation of feeling financially free, independent, and secure?  You tell us.

Caring about your wealth is much more than increasing your bottom line.  Its about the reasons that you need a bottom line to begin with.  You wont be taking the bottom line or your vacation home with you in the end.  Perhaps, your wealth can empower you to live life and leave memories with those who matter most; and even maybe, create memories that will travel with you for eternity.

WealthCare is more of a process rather than a product or service.  Our process is derived from the combination of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. Financial Planning Process and our broker dealer’s, 1st Global Capital Corp., Method 10™ philosophy.  You can’t go out and buy a WealthCare product; you must hire and advisor, which cannot be bottled.

The WealthCare Process: This really answers the question, how do we do what we do?

Our value is cultivated through a process and not a product.  This process is a life-long process.  There are many interdependencies and complexities of your financial puzzle making personal financial planning very complicated.  The WealthCare process manages the pieces of your puzzle in a way that ultimately fits them together in an orderly and efficient manner.  This process provides discipline and ensures that no stone has been left unturned.

Step 1: DISCOVERY Meeting – Your discovery meeting is considered to be the first step in your relationship with us, but it generally occurs after a preliminary consultation where you were convinced that West Texas WealthCare Advisors, Inc. is right for you.

The purpose of the Discovery Meeting is to clarify and agree upon our engagement and review compensation.  It is very important that you use this meeting to become comfortable with the decision that you have made.

After you feel comfortable, we gather information from you that is relevant to our relationship.  We generally ask that you complete the Wealth Development Worksheet, provide your previous two years of tax returns, and provide all financial and investment statements for this meeting.

Step 2: IMPLEMENTATION Meeting – Your implementation meeting will occur after all data is gathered and after we have had adequate time to analyze and evaluate your data.  We will then develop recommendations ready to present at your Implementation Meeting.

The purpose of the Implementation Meeting is to present and earn your approval for our recommendations.  The success of implementation depends on the quality of the discovery.

We are here to implement real solutions to help achieve real goals and problems, not to give you a high-pressure sales pitch.

Step 3: REVIEW Meeting (Most Important!) – Review is perhaps the most crucial part of the process; because, the future in uncertain and the only thing known about the future is that there are unknowns.  Things change, people change and life happens.

The purpose of the review meeting is to reconnect with you and ensure we remain on-target with any changes in your situation, new opportunities and address concerns.

How do we do what we do?  Through the WealthCare Process and through Diversification through Multi-Asset Class Investing.
